MBGH 2017 Wellness & Health Benefit Conference

Innovation As Strategy

We all agree with that old adage that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Yet, many wellness and health benefit professionals find themselves relying on strategies that are familiar and safe, but are not producing the business results they need.

If we want different results and better performance, then we must do things differently and do different things. This is Innovation and it is essential if you are to deliver in the rapidly changing wellness and health benefit environment (adapted from Maher and Plsek, 2009)

Hear first hand from national and regional employers and experts about innovations in wellness and health benefits that are producing improved performance in employee engagement, benefit design, provider accountability, and population health. Get the latest on the changing health policy/regulatory environment; hear from a panel of  Memphis’ own Fortune’s 2017100 Best Companies to Work For; and join MBGH in an engaging discussion about trends in Mid-South health benefits.
