MBGH 2016 Annual Conference

Rethink Employee Engagement to Drive Better Results

We had over 200 attend our conference!

Employers are investing heavily in worksite wellness and benefit designs to engage employees in their own health and health benefits. Yet, most Mid-South employers are not seeing the engagement they want to achieve the business results they need.

Attendees heard first hand from national and regional employers and experts why doubling down on your current wellness and benefit strategies won’t meet your employee engagement objectives.

They learned how to rethink their employee engagement framework; customize employee communications; provide personalized support for medical decisions; give employees personal health records; support new models for health care services; and maximize engagement in high deductible health plans. MBGH helped lead an engaging discussion about trends in Mid-South benefit designs in our final session.

New this year was our luncheon employer speaker who shared how, through rethinking employee engagement, they have improved health, lowered costs, and avoided moving to a high deductible benefit design.
