Healthier Tennessee Launches Start Small Campaign

Healthier Tennessee's Start Small campaign is now ready to share with your employees! This ready-to-use, free-to-you campaign is designed to help your employees take small steps, one after the other, which will help them lead healthier lives. This is a great addition to your worksite wellness campaign and aligns perfectly with MBGH's CEO Culture of Health initiative. It may be just what some of your employees need to take that first, small step.

They can pick their first Small Start from the menu of simple, healthy actions they can easily work into their day.   I chose cutting out snacks after dinner and will mark that complete on the site when I have gone a whole month! I am already half-way there.

Employees that sign-up by February 27 can also "Win Big". The Fresh Start Giveaway is happening now. Here’s what’s up for grabs:   The Ultimate Wellness Prize Pack includes professional health coaching with D1 Fitness, custom fitness & nutrition plans and more - everything you need to get in top-notch shape!   Weekly Prize Packs include loads of get-fit resources like hiking gear, grocery shopping sprees plus the latest in fitness apparel & technology.   Best of all, if employees share their Small Starts they earn even more chances to win the Grand Prize and weekly drawings.

Share the information above and the links to the Healthier Tennessee website so your employees can get engaged in this special initiative of the Governor's Foundation for Health and Wellness.
